This is our commitment to quality by offering a written money back guarantee on every piece of equipment we install if you are not completely satisfied.
Sharp Water guarantees the equipment installed will perform as specified below, or will be repaired/replaced at no charge. If for any reason, we cannot treat your water as specified, you are eligible for a 100 percent refund of all monies paid to Sharp Water. This guarantee relates to the treated water immediately after our system.
This guarantee is valid for one year from the date of installation, and is in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. We cannot be responsible should a problem arise with existing pipes (IE - galvanized pipes), water pressure, water flow rate, or with the well system.
Sharp Water guarantees your treated water quality to meet or exceed these standards (only circled parameters apply):
pH: 6.8 or above TDS: > 75% removal
Hardness: < l gpg Nitrates: < 1 ppm
Iron: < 0.3 ppm Chlorine: 0.5 - 1.5 ppm
Odor: Not detectable Tannins: < 1.0 ppm
